The Sabres are not the only team that I watch. The response, minus Nelson, was totally appropriate.

It wasn't a situation that warranted putting mair, Peters and Kaleta against the top line and mugging them. Eichel was fine.

Bench clearing brawls are gone, line brawls are almost extinct, fighting is down, and the response was typical of the NHL in 2019. Scandella tackled him, PP Sabres.

Any word on the Bills trade front? Also, saw colts and Ravens out of the Bell sweeps. This is like the FA version of the Sammy Watkins trade up. How fun, but is it really necessary? And please please please keep Gore, McCoy, Bell and Ivory on the same roster for at least a day.

If I had to guess, Mitts, Jack, Risto, Skinner and Sam are a clique. Dahlin and Thompson probably follow them around.

The older guys (Pominville, Okposo, Bogo, Scandella and Hutton) are probably tight. I could definitely see Bogo not being Eichel's biggest fan - which would explain the letter to give a balance to the room

You will turn on Eichel within 18 months. I thought it was gonna be November, but the winning streak derailed it.
