How are u even a Broncos fan?
I loved Elway when i was a kid
But it seems pretty random to still be a fan - jdfitz77
My uncle was a die hard fan from the Orange Crush days. He brainwashed me at birth. Bills are the hometown team though technically so I do monitor a lot of the things they do. However Broncos are my favourite team. I was a toddler when Elway won back to back so I can’t even say I enjoyed his playing days.

No, no you haven't
Also his helmet coming off was a result of the hit and not him "pulling his helmet off"
Take off your homer glasses here
That was the first penalty of the game
There was nothing close to resembling a hit like that was coming, there was no flow that needed to be controlled
Unreal - Stripes77
Yes, we absolutely have, John Scott got tossed a few times for talking before the faceoff. Now, he was probably threatening someone, but threatening and actually carrying out are two different things.

I dunno. Plastering a guy's head to the boards after the whistle deserves more than 2 minutes. Zads did swipe the helmet off after contact but what really gets me aside from the wild inconsistency of suspensions is the "head was the point of impact" leading to suspensions.
Even though Zads' first contact was not Jack's head, it was still a dirty hit and Jacks head hit the glass.
On Jack's suspension, he was skating to the puck and collided with a guy literally skating headfirst into him. Jack did not lead with elbow or even shoulder, did not leave his feet...didnt even veer towards the guy. But the head was the contact point so he sits for 2. - LandlordTom
Yes he did. Let's stop with the homer glasses, it was a bad hit, it deserved a suspension, he got one, let's move on.

Word. Just curious
Watch some Elway on YouTube
Thank me later
Dude was unreal
Just didn’t have a team around him till late in his career & his coach for the first 10-ish years used him horribly
Reeves never let him throw till the 4th quarter it seemed

He was tossed once and it was a verbal altercation with a ref against the Flyers after they separated him and Rinaldo pre faceoff
Which holy cow is in the NHL rule book
Imagine that, a ref calls a penalty after something happened
But yeah the first penalty of the game they're supposed to stop it from happening
Just there? Lol
I really hope they send him to Rochester to work on his game, confidence, etc
It’s so weird to me that Botts has kept him up all year
Especially with how he talks about believing so strongly in developing players in the AHL - jdfitz77
Maybe his communication with Phil is stellar and his practices are mind-blowing?
