- Jack - decent season Jack. Not anywhere near $10m worth, but a step in the right direction. Need more leadership from you, time to step up and demand more from your teammates. As for you specifically, I think 35/75 from you is not unrealistic. What do you need from me to help you realize that?
- Sam - pretty good season., although you started and ended the season very, very slow. We pay for 82 games, not 52. Need you to get to 30/55. What do you need from me for you to achieve that?
- Dahlin - welcome to the NHL. Great 1st season. Need more meat and muscle on you to become an imposing force. You goal for next year must be 20/45.
- Skinner - is $500k per the end game for you, or is it to have your name on a revered championship trophy for 2 , 3, r times more important? You have the contract. Team p,at us essential. Let me know tomorrow by noon thank you, I have offseason acquisitions to plan for with or without you.
- Mitts - You have now burned 2 years of you ELC. We simply NEED a much bigger contribution next year. Come to camp with 20 lbs of muscle on your frame and be prepared to fight Jack for 1C, period.
-Ulmark - you could be a starter with the right amount of intense focus. Find a way to get your focus laser tight for 55 games.
- Tage - your range is from a top 6 to a 4th liner. Up to you. Go watch film of Z Chara's 1st 5 years...take notes. Comeback at the end of May with how you plan to transform yourself into a beast like him, or let me know your new Rochester address.
- Nylander - decent last 9 games of season here. Time is up, come October 2019 you are either playing top 6 minutes here in Buffalo, or packaged for someone who can. I’m sure the fans enjoyed the two home playoff games. We got Dahlin, Devils played an extra 5 games. Hooray to them ? Devils look even further away then we do looking at the stat sheet from tonight’s game. But they’ll always have the 2017 playoffs and those 5 games...... I’ll enjoy watching Dahlin for the next 10-15 years.

Devils look even further away then we do looking at the stat sheet from tonight’s game. But they’ll always have the 2017 playoffs and those 5 games...... It took Hall having a Hart trophy season just to get curbstomped by Tampa last year in the first place. Devils still aren’t a playoff team with him this year with how bad the rest of their roster is. Schneider apparently only remembers how to play goalie when he plays us cause the guy couldn’t stop a beach ball all year. Heck he even gave Reinhart a mulligan from Centre ice tonight.
