Didn't think it could possibly be a sweep but definitely had my money on Carolina
- mdw7413

I thought the lack of rest and injuries might derail them, but jeez, they just keep coming. Even with a backup goalie in there. Nothing seems to bother them.

What a bunch of jerks!

He really is. Every time.
I’ve really been impressed by Slavin. Knew he was a good player, but never really watched him before.
Equally unimpressed by Hamilton.

Hamilton was Ovi's biatch in last series too

Man, a Columbus-Carolina ECF would be amazing! The two wild card teams in the semi-final! And Carolina would have home ice!

Who the hell is the analyst in this Dallas-St. Louis game? I can't tell from the voice if it's female or an 11 year old boy.

Love the Fox trade and love love love - or is it Yes Yes Yes - when the Icelanders lose.

Idiots at work we’re talking about who they’d rather play CBJ or BOS before the series started. I told them all...you won one round!

To want a guy that actually can play defense? No slouch offensively either with 50 points this year.

If we sign Panarin we have some decisions to make in the top 9.

Kreider Zib Buch
Panarin Strome Kravtsov
Kakko Howden/Andersson Chytil/
Smith Boo Lemeuix (to me Lemeuix on the 4th line is a waste)

I don’t see spots for Vesey or Nam, if Smith isn’t traded I think he’s on the 4th line. No room for both Howden and Andersson bc I think putting one on the 4th line is a waste.
Could be a package of guys and picks to upgrade somewhere

If we are paying Panarin $10+ mill/year ------ he won't be on 2nd line.

Normally I'd agree with this, but I'm not sure they break up KZB if it still exists when the season rolls around.

I’m still worried about center. Chytil needs to develop into being the #2. They have to many #3-4 centers

Yup. Panarin will instantly be the best winger we have.

No doubt it's a fair worry. I still think they could plug stinky there in a pinch. He's shown he can be serviceable with skilled wingers. I understand that isn't ideal, but i don't think it would cripple us either.

I want to say it was that chick that competed in the fastest skater this year at the all-star competition but I could be wrong.
