Watching a few playoff games, it is obvious the Canucks are nowhere near the level of any of the teams that made it in.
They sorely lack speed, skill and more aggression/physical players.
By my count they need at least 5 better forwards and at minimum 2 better defensemen. Goaltending was decent enough this past season.

I have a hard time seeing Stecher here long term. He has been okay not great . I hope they upgrade him.

I find it hard to know How deep the playoff run would be until I see the final roster.

I wouldn't. Emotionally immature and puts himself before the team. Hard pass.

It really depends on if any moves are made this summer, at least in my mind. If they add Hughes and let Edler walk, it kinda of negates itself. Without any trades and similar outstanding goaltending I say 7-11 last.

If changes are made, in a good way, not in a Benning way, I could see a bubble team.

I was looking at Rubens comments about the team being slow. I think Hughes will be a starting point to change that. Having Sutter back will make the team faster. Brock said he will work on his skating this year.

I don't think Canucks are a slow team at all. They are not the fastest team but I would say they are fast enough for now.
