It would be nice to have a player Like Justin Williams but I honestly doubt he would ever come here..

Agreed, as much value as their is in having high end talent on ELC/team friendly deals, there's an underrated advantage in finding these late 20's/early 30's guys who still have enough in the tank to get poop done but not cost an arm and a leg.

We seem to always add guys who are cheap/bad or soild/way too expensive.

"I got so many things to worry about," Flacco said, embarking on his second-straight season of poor leadership ahead of a rookie quarterback. "I’m not worried about developing guys or any of that. That is what it is. I hope he does develop. I don’t look at that as my job. My job is to go win football games for this football team." As was the case with Lamar Jackson, Flacco figures to be replaced by Lock at some point in 2019.
