Like many prospects, we see improvement and we get our hopes up and they don’t take that next step and sometimes regress. The organ-eye-zation needs to make sure they are developing properly. It very concerning that it happens so much with the Sabres.

He'll be on the team. There are lots of interesting possible combos. Olofsson and ERod could be an interesting way to ease him into the bigs. If Skinner moves on, well, VO gets the best job on the team

We don't know who will be on the team by then, but that duo could be a good mismatch. Speedy with elements of playmaking and finish

Now V.O is one Rookie who I think can get you 20+ goals... I am looking forward to seeing him with the Sabres full time.

Botts preaches patience but we’ll find out if he is. I agree as I’d rather wait to make sure he’s ready then bring him up too soon
Hopefully he shows he’s ready in camp as we will need him but if he’s not, they can’t force it.
