Compelling argument. Also wrong. MTL was very close to signing him. Good talk. - Rinosaur
Close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades. But again Jack Johnson is one of the worst players in the NHL. Look at the data. Thank you, come again. |

personally, especially if the Rangers get his fellow country man Kakko, I'd like the Rangers to take a chance on him
maybe Georgi is too much, but one of the second rounders, I'd be fine with it
I don't even consider Yakupov to be a factor in it - jimbro83
I think Puljujarvi was slightly mishandled from everything I read, but unfortunately sometimes players can bounce back from that.
He's definitely a low risk/high reward player at this point. You guys have cultivated fast, so gambling with a 2nd isn't a huge deal if it's a loss. |

Did I say anywhere that's he's even decent at hockey? Again, I think you're missing the general concept.
If you're a team that's not even thinking about playoffs for quite a few years from now, who cares if you have a terrible dman if you're getting a quality pick and decent young player? |

TRADE BAIT: For the last 18 months, it's been a rebuild on steroids for #NYR GM Jeff Gorton. As
@frank_seravalli
writes, Gorton's believed to be involved in multiple talks as he continues to rebuild the Rangers...

Rinosaur spelled it out rather succinctly, I thought.
It's the same situation for Ottawa that you were advocating for us when we were on the way down toward this rebuild. Years from contending, so take a bad contract along with good prospects. Hell, you are still advocating for it.
Just so tired of your intentionally acting dense. Positive I'm not alone. Maybe you should plan a vacation. |

Chris Johnston on SN960 says based on his knowledge and his gut feel that Vegas will trade one of Pacioretty or Stastny in the next few days to clear cap space. |

Patrick Marleau has 1 year left. Ryan Callahan has 2. Jack Johnson has 4. Spot the difference
CF REL last year: Marleau: -1.9%. Callahan: -4.7%. Johnson: -5.6%
Big Yikes. |

Thank you James. Now which one occupy a space of the most value. You have 12 or 13 forwards on roster. You have 6-8 defensemen on a roster. Jack Johnson has twice the amount of years left on his contract compared to Callahan. |

It's not comprehension. It's a desire to antagonize.
Refute his argument and the argument changes. |
