But we’ve got 5/6 points
And it seems clear that Botts isn’t trading Risto unless it’s for a good return
And if Roslovic + was gonna happen,
it’d already be done
And Little would be a terrible idea

I imagine the 3rd line wingers & maybe even a call up or 2 is gonna get their shots
It just isn’t likely gonna happen till Sobatka plays his way down the lineup
And he’s been “ok” so far

we aren’t in desperation mode here

Goaltending has been better
Secondary scoring is there
Defense is improved

He definitely adds some grit to that line. You need that. We have lacked that. Sobatka provides a physical presence that we should want? Tough to play against?

Besides the Jersey game where literally every Sabre was excellent, he’s been poor in 2/3 games. Getting 5/6 points shouldn’t erase that fact.

He needs to be off that line. Another decent forward in that spot and it’s a pretty dangerous top 6

No one is gonna complain if Sobotka is pushed down the lineup

mojo has 2 goals and at least 1 assist in 3 games and we need more from him? Ughh that’s a 54 goal, 82 point pace - we need more from him? THe only player I think needs replacing is Scandella. He’s a defensive defenseman who is on for most goals against

If they're serious about winning and being a potential real threat, they need to trade for a quality forward, whether that be a C or an RW, and we know what would almost assuredly be going the other way.

Imagine L2 as Skinner Mojo Kase.

That would be a big difference.

Vesey has shown exactly jackpoop so far, he keeps playing g this way it is an easy bye-bye decision for Botts.
