Gotta agree with you there...Heinen seems to get WAY too long of a leash. Much rather see Jake on the #1 PP unit than Heinen.

Because you may not notice it but Heinen brings those little details that Cassidy was talking about. If Heinen ever finds confidence in his offense he’ll be a great player

And at least two poor decisions with the puck per game (usually I'll advised passes) that almost always lead to opponent scoring chances. Last night was no different...pass attempt at the blue line coming out of the defensive zone. You can't be on the second line and on the #1 PP unit without bringing some semblance of offense.

Smart young player that can play anywhere in the lineup. Not afraid to carry the puck. The effort is also there.. Big Heinen Fan.

100% agree that when he gets stronger on the puck offensively he will be a very good player.

Marchand legitimately snubbed from the All Star Game. That is ridiculous.

He was benched in the third period. He only played 2:45. So two goal first period tomorrow, right?

Seemed to work for Debrusk, I'm all for it.

He had over 15 minutes of Ice time on the night, maybe they are showing him for a trade piece for a legit top 6 guy ??

Here we go

Problem is, he IS getting legitimate Ice time to FIND it and he hasn't.

I'm a Bruins Fan, I want him to do well, but c'mon you have to see his potential may be a bottom 6 guy.

Healthy scratch today... here's hoping it lights a fire under his butt!

Unfortunately only half the lines showed up to play. Like most, I despise the shootout but if we are forced to live with it then it sure would be nice to win one!

To be honest you didn't deserve the win, oddly for you're team you had less possession and fewer shots, and new jerseys defensemen Vatanen, Subban and Severson out shot every player on you're team but Pastrnak ?
I still think you guys will win the cup.

Krug & Krejci are back in and Chucky is a game time decision. Coyle playing wing with Krejci & Debrusk, so maybe they spark something tonight to start 2020 on the right foot.

bad note is Cliffy Hockey is not looking good, hasn't even skated yet.

Ritchie benched again, so disappointing, just get rid of him, since he isn't filling the physical play role, bring up Kulman.

Let's Go B's !!

maye he'll be part of the Krieder package? But seriously, how many bottom 6 players do the B'z need? Not a single one has been able to make the next step.

And now Rask deserved better...

Heinen played better but yet another ill advised weak backhand pass attempt coming out of the defensive zone. Something specifically called out by Cassidy before his benching...
