Sure he has to be aware of the Markstrom contract situation but 18 months is a long time to sort things through. And is Demko the best goalie choice for Seattle, maybe Hart is available, or Subban or maybe Soderstrom or Sorokin, could be lots of other goalies to choose from.

Edler has a NMC. He and myers are the choices. Tanev is a bit of a layup after those two. I'm not convinced EP or Gaudette need protection, but am going to read the e-draft stuff again.
