I think they need to make the playoffs this year to clear that hurdle, and for the kids need to learn what it takes to make it/that extra playoff gear, but realistically they should be 2-3 years away from making any "all in" moves. They have some great prospects coming up that are going to fill holes in the current lineup, let that happen naturally for now.
