This time tomorrow the dust will all be settled from the TDL...actually theres already been a lot of trades and settling haha.
Whats the over/under on JR moves?
For some reason I think he's going to make 3...i have zero explanation for this...and havent slept or ate much since Wednesday. - MattStrat
I say just 1. I think he gets another forward. I hope he doesn't sign Bogo though. |

I’m actually a little worried the flyers are coming up the standings. - Hemi07
I tend not to worry about things that are completely out of my hands and control. |

And apparently, from a vancouver source, New Jersey is unwillingly to eat salary on Simmonds which is why Vancouver pulled back. That stops the pens from getting him too. Which seems like a good thing in my mind. |

Matt, you know as well as I do that as long as we all sit in the right seats, wearing the right hat, while holding the correct hand to the chin we control A TON of what goes on. |

The only full game I missed watching this year was the first one vs Caps...and it was my understanding that Murray was a beast in it and main reason they won.
I just don't get the bashing him for this one. Two of the goals were so random and chaotic with his own players f'n with his movement and sight. One of the others was a breakaway.
Season series 1-1.
I had no idea that Dumo and Marino were joining them for the trip...that's excellent news. Dumos ETA was 8 weeks and it's been much longer than that so I don't understand the rushing him back comments. - MattStrat
He just started skating lightly with no gear on a week ago. Obviously doctors will give him the go ahead or not but that doesn’t mean people don’t come back earlier than they should. |

The way I see it is they have an extremely qualified medical staff and there is absolutely no urgency in the standings for them to rush anyone plus theres still like 6 or 7 weeks until playoffs...so I'm gonna trust it when it happens. |

I think at this point I prefer Bjugstad, if he is healthy. Bjugstad is going to provide a needed boost in shot production to the bottom 6. - burgh4life87
If he is healthy is a big factor. He is out much longer than anticipated. Won’t be near game shape for a while. And is fragile as glass. Providing of course it doesn’t take much to get Joe, id much rather have him for a playoff run than hope bjugstad can be healthy, especially against an extra jacked up Washington squad. Might be hard on little bjuggy. |

I rarely agree with Ryan but if Schultz can get Granlund or someone of that ilk, then I'd say we're better off trading him and signing Bogo
Also agree with Ennis over Sheary |

Nashville is only a few points out of the playoffs with a few games in hand. I'd be shocked if they were dealing away players. |

The injury is a big one. I would definitely feel better with Thornton. I would love to know what SJ is asking for him. |

That’s the big factor I guess is what it costs. I’d imagine it’s pretty minimal if joe wants to go to a contender as it’s sj trading to do joe a favour not get what they can for him. |

Can they do like the Yankees did with Cole and make him shave that ridiculous beard? |

GMJR only does deals that benefit both teams.
Joe: I'm set on PIT
San Jose: okay we'll take a 7th round pick to make sure you get there
GMJR: no that's not fair.... 3rd + Hallander |
