Does he actually play on his line, homie? Serious question...
Because last seaosn he was buried, much like Skinner is this season, and away from that "elite" center (idk why he slipped my mind) he did almost nothing.
This season he's turned it around, but how often does he play on the 1st line? - BeadyEyedDouche
He plays with Scheifele ~70% of the time, and Wheeler and Connor a ton too. |

The 2 aren’t mutually exclusive of each other
And at no point have i said we didn’t need to upgrade other areas
Jack’s stats got better from year2 (without Skinner) to year3 (with Skinner)...
Didn’t they?
Jack is getting better every year
And he’ll still get better
That doesn’t mean you don’t put good talent with him
And of course that also doesn’t mean you don’t try to improve the rest of your roster as well
But saying Jack’s stats would drop...
there’s just no evidence at all of that
Sorry - jdfitz77

There’s logic that dictates when u put a better player on the line they’ll be more productive
Logic is the difference
And again, u took the first shot with your quip about me wanting Larsson as 3C
*which I’ve never said btw |

So we can say that Laine gets about 25% of his scoring away from Scheifele probably, although I'm not into all these advances stats like who played with who when the Earth gained a new Moon in 2020 (this actually happened) and how he gripped his stick while passing or shooting. |

First of all here's what I said
If you want to solve a chronic scoring problem, then the answer is to find multiple lines that can score. If you want to find multiple lines that can score, you need to find a 2C and a 3C.
If you think 17 point Larry is a 3C, have at it
I left the door open for you if you wanted argue for Larry at 3C. Never said you did.
I did assume that because Larsson is the 3C or perhaps the 2C right now, and you constantly rave about him excelling in his role, logically I thought you'd be happy with him at his current 3C role
And your logic does not track with the trend of decreased shots due to the system Krueger implemented. If Skinner is taking more shots, Eichel will be taking fewer.

If you're good with that level of offense from a 3rd liner, then sure, hes good defensively. This will probably be the first out of 7 years (excluding the 1 game his first year) he's going to crack 20 points. I think we should do better |

Not much here so if they did this lottery again after next year. They don't even mention Reinhart one way or the other, which is not unusual. He is just here in the eyes of those from the outside.
HOW DO YOU FIX THE BUFFALO SABRES?
A promising start has once again been followed by a precipitous fall and the Sabres find themselves outside the playoff picture with little hope of climbing back in. This summer will be another big one and at least the franchise has a lot of expiring contracts to let go of.

And people get all bent when yesterday I posted facts about CoronaVirus as it being media hysteria.
Holy (frank) dude, get a grip, lol.
-A 1st in a heavily stacked, high-end top 10 2020 draft
-Risto, ~40 pt top 4 RhD
-Reino, 65 pt #1 RW
Jesus Christ. - IonSabres
You’re normally a pretty smart guy so I don’t want to be rude about your idiotic idea about the covid19 virus being “media hysteria” but I can’t help myself.
A century ago there was something known as the Spanish flu. It had a mortality rate of 1.7% and an infection rate similar to what scientists think this current virus has. The mortality rate of this Coronavirus is thought to be 2% or higher.
30 million people died worldwide from that virus.
What’s the difference between then and now? To start there are about five times as many people alive today. Then 1.7 billion, now 7.6 billion.
Along with the sheer number of people, the way we live has changed. 100 years ago the most common profession was being a farmer. Nowadays we work in close proximity with each other, sharing facilities like bathrooms, elevators, restaurants, fast food restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, convenience stores and much more. People are in much closer proximity to each other now than they were then.
Yes we have better medical treatment and better sanitation practices than we did back then, but washing your hands won’t help you from breathing in air droplets from the person who coughed or sneezed ten minutes ago in the air you are breathing.
There will not be a vaccine for at least a year, and there’s not much doctors can do for you against a virus.
So you can spout off on your “media hysteria” all you like, but it really is plain stupid. This virus is serious. It’s just getting started and the numbers will get very bad very quickly.
There was 24 hour a day coverage of 911 after it happened for months with less than 3000 people dying from the attacks. There’s already more than 3000 deaths from this virus and it’s in its infancy.
So, before you make such a dim witted statement about something you obviously haven’t put any thought into, think about the fact that millions of Americans are on immunosuppressants. Think about the fact that an estimated 20-50 million Americans have autoimmune disorders. Think about the fact that although most people will get through this fine, there are many who won’t. Those people at risk want to hear everything the media has to say about this.
You’re supposed to be one of the smart ones here! Smh |

I’ve personally started to buy up gold and precious metals especially after the small rally today. I took my hit from the recent drop right on the chin and lost 10% to get out last week but I only fear the markets are going to get worse.
The rate cut will help the markets in the very short term but I fear there will be another large sell off within the next month.

1) Pray to the lotto Gods
2) Trade Risto for a forward of any kind at this point.
3) Find a goalie to split time with Ullmark that isn’t Hutton.
4) Sign a Center in FA (Haula/Koivu/Brassard) |

10-year Treasury yield rolls over, now hovering near all-time low 25 Feb 2020 -
Why is the 10 year yield falling?
When confidence is high, the 10-year bond's price drops and yields go higher because investors feel they can find higher returning investments and do not feel they need to play it safe. But when confidence is low, the price goes up as there is more demand for this safe investment and yields fall. |

Victor Olofsson (lower body) expects to play on Tuesday night.
"I felt good yesterday on the day off, felt like I was able to practice today and felt good on the ice," Olofsson said. "I'm good to go. It happens once in a while. It's just you have to be a little bit more cautious. We didn't want to force anything." He was back alongside Jack Eichel and Sam Reinhart during Monday's practice. It didn't look good when Olofsson left the ice on Saturday, but he will surprisingly be available to play against Winnipeg on Tuesday night |

How do u not get this???
Yes, there’s 1 puck on the ice
But regardless of the system in place
Skinner-Jack-Sam
will produce more shots than
Olofsson-Jack-Sam
This is logical,
bc Skinner is a better player than Olofsson
Idk how much more simply i can put it?
And don’t be coy
U made the Larsson comment as a crack at me liking him, and u know it
So don’t act like a baby when i snap back at you |

Id understand spreading out the scoring if they actually had talent to put with Skinner. But the coach hates him so I don’t even buy he wants to spread out scoring.
