Two of your posts don't make sense. So it's hands off the "talent" that helps keep us a bottom feeder every year? Good logic.

Just because Sam is one of our top players doesn't mean he would be held in such high esteem on a good team; if he was dealt and that city didn't tie 2nd overall pick memories and expectations with him and didn't have Jack to hold his hand he would lose a lot of his esteem.

There is a lot of parity in the NHL. Dahlin and Joker are only going to get better. This years pick has a good chance of turning into a pretty good player.

It’s up to Botts or whoever the GM is to bring in a goalie to split time with Ullmark and address 2C to address the now.
