But maybe that's because Hillary doesn't represent the needs of inner city african americans at all? She's got more Billionaires and Millionaires in her corner and giant industries supporting her than almost anyone in politics. She was a really bad candidate and black people rightfully didn't want to vote for her.

Your attitude is really belittling. "Them dumb blacks don't know how to think for themselves and trump bamboozled them." Maybe black voters were smart enough to recognize that she was pandering the them and patronizing them and assuming they would vote for her without giving them anything. Maybe Americans, black americans included, weren't tricked? Maybe they were right?

I would make the case that Trump "bamboozled" them if he got them to vote for him. He didn't.

Elections are more about strategy than they are policy. Trump knew that his best chance to win was lower voter turnout. It wasn't my intention to sound belittling, but the fact of the matter is that the black vote was the biggest segment of the population in which there was voter decline. There's no way you can convince me that Trump's campaign strategists didn't see that. He didn't come right out and say it because he couldn't. It would kill his campaign. That's why people didn't need to "trust" Obama or than Trump or vice versa. That's what the best campaigners/sales people/strategists do. They convince you to come to their side in such a way that they make you think you came to the decision on your own. That's what happened in the battleground states.

Also, Ristolainen still sucks.
