Or take care of business at home. Give ADA a healthy bump and lock him up long term.
- Bean_Dip

yeah, I'd be willing to give ADA the Skjei contract

Taylor Hall

We would be allocating almost 28 million to our top 3 Left wingers then

Be careful I had some pitchforks come my way for mentioning this a couple weeks ago. They had somewhat of a point, hall is gonna get paid and hasn't been doing as great as he did pre injury.

Would be awesome, but seems like that's too much of a stretch. What's he going to command, $8Mx7? More?

Yeah, but that's the deadliest combo for any position in the entire league.

I DO NOT want to invest in Strome long term! I think it would be a huge mistake. We need a player with a higher ceiling playing with Panarin. We committed to Kreider which was the right decision. Strome has had a great season not taking that away from him but a lot has to do with Panarin. Think we can improve that spot in the lineup with someone else.

I would like Brandon Lemieux to play with Mika and Buch while Kreider is out.

Yup. Put a sniper next to Breadman and he’ll pot 40+

This would be big for #NYR (and many others) and is a larger figure than I heard previously.

If cap is $84 million, Rangers have close to $17 mil in space.

If it goes to $88 million, they'd be looking at around $21 mil.

I thought for a sec about Taylor Hall but yeah, no way they are going for another 1991 born left winger on a long term deal

Yea it would be a risky option. I want to look to upgrade at center over Strome and add another LH D man

Rangers could get involved in a big trade acquisition this summer taking back a large contract though

I would be down for that. Also why didn't we get more involved in the Trocheck trade game? He would have been perfect for that 2nd line center for the contract he has. Cost was nothing to get him

If the cap is going up as much as they are saying though, are there that many other teams that will desperately need to shed cap? I'd think the added space would benefit everyone.

It just seems there are a couple of GMs out there that make head scratching moves at times. I wish Gorton would take advantage of those teams at times. He only seems to want to trade with the other top tier GMs

I think that first rounder that was acquired for Skjei, as long as it isn't top 10, is going again like it did for Trouba

Stop getting my hopes up. That would give us a cup level top 6 if Chytil shows any sign of improvment
