I liked Yannik as a player but... to have him on our dream team because he worked hard every shift goes to show that the country club attitude within this franchise was/is real. Pathetic.
- bloatedmosquito

Pathetic? Not really.

It is one persons made up fantasy dream team, not something that the team has determined "this is it our best all round dream team lineup".

As for country club, Hansen wasn't a country club inductee, as you stated above he worked hard every shift, je ne sais quoi, you need to be passive, would rather head to the bench and not care about teammates getting mauled.

Personally I wouldn't have Hansen on my dream team, there are probably several players we wouldn't agree on, it is not a reflection country club perception. It's one persons picks, go ahead and make your own dream team list and share it here, lets see how country clubbish it is.

Don’t see a Jake trade coming unless due to the e-draft & unload Loui with him. Leivo injury hurt him but he’s replaceable unless willing to sign for the min.

Leivo is great, hope he re-signs.

Get your sh*t together, Lefty. You set high standards for yourself and others yet you continue to disappoint with sloppy posting. Shameful.

He sucks, guy plays a hand full of games and is now a great player, kick his ass to the curb, re-sign Jake.

I was highly disappointed with the movie .

I watched a movie called Snatch with Brad Pitt and there wasn't any.

lock stock and snatch are almost perfection. rocknrolla was good. the rest of guy ritchie's works have never gotten to that level.

have you seen his latest? "the gentlemen." if not, you don't need to. he's trying to recreate snatch with some homages to tarantino and a couple others.

the accents are horrible. hugh grant tries to play his character (and accent) as a cross between brick top and bullet tooth tony. i kid you not!

- RealityChecker

Just watched it the other night...GF didn't care for it but it's decent. He'll never top Snatch and Lock Stock. Sherlock Holmes 1-2 were quite well done as well very good look and feel to both films IMO.

Chatted with a few guys on the board(s) for the local golf courses here yesterday and they said the cups will be raised 2" above ground so no one has to reach inside them and only one person per golf cart at seasons start (I walk anyways) but still...Maybe I'll get that 75 after all if I just have to hit the cup and go to the next hole lol...

Be nice to keep both and have a coach that will utilize them properly.

Both can play up and down the line up (People consider that important here )

Both will score around 15 goals 35 points.

Jake will cost more and can be traded for a good second pairing Dman, Leivo can't.

Both are bottom 6 players . I like them both but doubt both will return. If there is a buyout then maybe I will change my mind.

They were doing that here before all the courses shutdown. It’s the congregation of people they’re concerned with.

Here's mine:

Forwards:

Sedin, Sedin, Bure: Sure, Bure was a goal suck, but Sedin, Sedin to Bure just makes you cream your pants doesn't it?

Naslund, Petterson, Bertuzzi: The REAL West Coast Express, Petey gets a winger that can easily pot 50 goals even in the dead puck era and someone on his right that can play high man up and make anybody who wants to take a shot at Petey run for the hills after he breaks their neck (accidentally of course)

Sundstrom, Linden, Neely: Yes, I know Neely was traded only 2 years into his career as a Canuck and Sundstrom only had a cup of coffee with the team but this is a dream team and they WERE on the Canucks, so, yeah, Power + Glory = WINNING!

Burrows, Kesler, Smyl: This is your go-to line when you're up 2 goals to 1 with 2 minutes left and needing to keep the opposition goalie in net while you run down the clock. 3 players that would forecheck like motherf*ckers and make the defensemen go "OH F*CK!" when they try to transition out of the zone.

Defense:

Ohlund - Edler: The two best D-men in Canucks history playing 30+ minutes in Game 7 of the SCF

Jovanoski - Hughes: Red rover, red rover, please score pretty powerplay goals over and over.

Lidster - Tanev: Your PP2 pair and better than any 3rd pair we've ever had.

Goalies:

Luongo: LUUUUUUUUUUUU!
McLean: Captain Kirk to the rescue

Head Coach:

Pat Quinn: Sorry, Pat Quinn was better than AV by far, would have easily managed to not be outcoached by Quinville 3 years in a row and adjust in the '11 SCF

Alain Vigneaut: Nothing more needs to be said.

Marc Crawford: Best coach of a team that should have won at least one Cup if they actually could have had a goalie.
