Name one political leader who does a better job at the podium.

Who speaks multiple languages, actually answers the question being asked, speaks in even tones without a lot of emotion, uses appropriate language etc.

As politicians go, he is polished. That doesn’t mean he is a good leader, but he is a fine politician.
