Let's worry about an asterisk after we win a cup. - A_SteamingLombardi
It’s much more realistic to worry about it now than later. |

I know, it was more for others who complain about so many people at the beach, while they’re at the beach. |

They should all be single games like the NFL, then they can get the playoffs done on time. - A_SteamingLombardi

I was going to post yesterday but didn't bother. It is no use cancelling sports and opening up other businesses . Either close everything of open things. Don't do things half way. |

The difference is that in other business you can put in place precautions to keep your employees and customers “safe”. Tough to stop a guy from spitting on the bench. Will the NHL put hand washing stations in at the bench? Just stupid stuff like that. I’m up to my ears in safety precautions at work as we plan to open Monday. |

My work was full of safety before all of this. The world left to itself isn’t proactive enough. |

What they should have done is given every player covid 7 weeks ago, they would all be recovered by now and they could be playing tonight |

Sheeple they are & sheeple they will be. There is a lot of stupid out there that if it isn’t told how & what to do they won’t have a clue now or in the future on most anything. |

Right now, if someone tests positive for Covid, they want all the people that person was in contact with to isolate as well. What if a hockey player tests positive during the playoffs? Obviously the plan isnt to shut down his team and the team that player played against.
So many questions...

Didn’t you read the blog? Carol said Wysh suggested the play in was best of 5, followed by the usual 4 rounds of best of 7. - 1970vintage
I did, but obviously didn’t see that...just finished dinner, I’ll go back and look.
Edit: got it...

I don't want to get into name calling.
My niece went to a clothing store today . Her comments was she forgot at times she was amid a covid crisis . I think people will forget once they start getting back in routines.
She asked the clerk about what happens when a person tries on clothing. The clerk resonded the clothing goes in isolation for two days which I thought was a total crock of sh1t. If that was true people would be shopping in empty stores. Not only that but what about when a person just touches something? There is no way they can be accountable for every touch.
I think all good intentions and practices will last a week or so. |

CDC now says you most likely won’t get it from a surface .... wonder what happened to the good science they had before telling us it could last on different surfaces for long lengths of time ....

I have seen a lot of guessing . I don't believe your comment. If a normal flu can be contacted on a door handle I can't see why CV 19 cant
One guy went into 3 bar in Seoul Korea and reportedly 37 people got infected .
I think if I go out then I have to accept a risk of anything is possible. |

I was reading this today as well.
I guess they create hysteria to get people to act. Nothing new.
