On the latter I'm the same so keeping the diet in check was something I was diligent about but without the stimulus of the heavy weights I've dropped a couple pounds of muscle. Best beach shape I've had maybe ever though.

First season of rebels is childish a little like clone wars. Than it gets really dark and good, they get really deep in the force later on the show. You also get a kickass version of Ashoka Tano Fulcrum with dual white lightsabers and Ezra's first lightsaber is probably my favorite one, he can switch it from rapid fire bursts of laser to lightsaber mode.

Yeah I've been doing lighter weights but I (frank)ing hate that. Somewhere around squat 50 I'm like what the (frank) is the damn point. Clinging to maintenance basically at this point

I did a little working out at home, but motivation died quick.. so not much honestly.

I realised I need the gym or else I don't have the discipline
