You're 100% right.
I'd love to see Dzingel come through big time (and honestly he needs to if he wants a job here next year) but still think it's going to be Nino or Foegele who gets hot. |

We need a goalie to be better than average and need at least one top 9 winger to help out the top 3.
TBH its crazy that the Canes were top 15 in the NHL when Staal was at 27 points, Nino was ice cold, McGinn and Martinook were on the low side of production, and Dzingle fell off.

Or even better...if he could play goal. |

It is going to be Foegele, I love that guy. I think he is a player that would succeed if given the opportunity. Niederreiter is so hot or cold, mostly cold and really is only a net presence. I like Dzingel, gritty for a small guy and has his moments offensively but he is a third liner. Foegele has size, grit, determination and is always noticeable unlike the other two. Would like to see Warren get the chance. |

I'd guess Foegele too. If he can ever find his hands consistently he'll be a force.
Problem with Dzingel is, well, i don't think Rod likes him very much. |

Foegele is also the youngest with the biggest upside as well. Just turned 24 and hoping he is a late bloomer. Last year in jr in the playoffs it was Debrincat 38 Strome 34 and Foegele 26 top scorers on the team. Factor in Foegele brings more grit and hustle than either of the other two despite Debrincat's success two years ago. This year he was a bust and so was Strome imo.

This season Debrincat 45 Strome 38 Foegele 30 Without all the pp time for the two Hawks Foegele would be right in there. |
