I just recently had the "bistro burger". Really good considering im normally not a big fan of Chicken burgers over Beef.

Dirty Bourbon is my go-to though.

Did the Chateau Neuf De Pape the other night $40 seems like every vintage of that wine is good. I don't think I have had a bad bottle yet. I think it's a blend but those regions in France must be so consistent. Very good.

Yeah, GSM - Grenache/Syrah/Mourvèdre. Australia, South Africa would be the two places that also do nice version of this style, often labeled as “GSM”. As far as vintage, it’s mostly varying degrees of good, but every once in a while you can get a stinker.
