Ben Shelley: Reviewing the season: Jacob Larsson

Gulls STH here: Larsson was never that impressive down here.
Also Ducks STH here: Larsson looks lost and gets overpowered way too much.

Also, it looks like I'll be getting a steep discount on both sets of tickets this season!

He's shown flashes.. but now so many more deserving guys.. he blew his chance to have it all for himself.

He's not beating out Curran or Djoos... and Guhle skates way better .. so where does that leave him..

Can't see him being anything more than a bottom pairing player. He was really good 2 years ago in San Diego under Eakins and I thought he'd be better on the Ducks because of that but it wasn't to be. Like Dozer posted, Jacob has shown flashes, but not nearly enough to make me think he's going to make a big jump whenever the Ducks start playing again.
