Absolutely. As good as we are defensively is how weak we are up front. We just don’t have the horses to make a real deep run. I agree we beat cats, but that’s about the extent of it. Which makes it easier if we don’t. And have a shot at #1 pick.

That scrimmage game was more of the same. 2 breakaway goals, zero PP goals, zero goals from the O-zone setup. Any team with a decent defense will play a low risk game and avoid giving up a breakaway, just like Carolina did last year.
