Look, I agree JV is far more talented than Sutter at this point. However, JV also has a long history ( since drafted ) of simply not seeming to give a poop. That's not what I want on the ice in the playoffs.

By no means am I a huge TG fan but you need to light a fire under that kid for him to be effective. He's incapable of doing it on his own.

But when you stick them in the right situations with his talent in bottom 6 against a smothering Wild team his talent would take advantage. Its not like he's going to say playoffs I don't care. Green just made his PK specialist keep the vets in call.

When I saw this line up to start no OJ, JV or ZacMac took the enthusiasm out. What happened to getting the young guys experience. Look at the vets in this game they are taking all the penalties. Pearson has had a crap game too.

A Captain is a leader they amp it up & the team will follow very simple. Tavares looked like poop & the same thing happened. I’m short was a C & A mostly & I banged every chance i could. Ferland tried to set the tone & we are banging but Bo ain’t.
