Ben Shelley: Game 3 Preview: Islanders vs. Capitals

3 hours until game time. I expect the Capitals to throw everything that they had at the Isles today because they do not want to go down 3-0. I expect them to be in the face on every play.
The Isles just need to stand their ground and play that forecheck like they did in the third party.

Not sure how Toddler decides to play this one. You would think he has learned the Caps aren't going to intimidate the Isles out of a win and has his guys focus on their skill game. His decision may hinge on Bacs status.

It would be nice if the Isles had a PP other teams feared, but that doesn't seem to be in the cards. I wonder if Trotz goes with the Pageau-Barzal combo he tried in practice to try and get things going.
