Chayka basically did what Benning did his first three years in Vancouver, didn’t concentrate enough on building through the draft, too many quick fixes which got them nowhere.

no, have had beers with Corey and Greg though. I’ve known Schwaby for a long time.

Not sure how effective it'll be but a new lawsuit has been filed targeting the CHL and its restrictions on player earnings through its arrangement with NHL and various other leagues. I guess it branched off the CHL union/rights ongoing battle, but in the end I hope it ends the preposterous rule that forces players back to the CHL at ages 19-20

Didn't he get picks from other teams getting rid of bad contracts? When you take Barrett Hayden over Quinn Hughes all the draft picks in the world won't help. They have been terrible at drafting
