Ho-Sang in the KHL?
He’d probably tear it up. Provided he actually received ice time. - Wildschwein
Most of the team and coach not understanding what he’s saying would only help his cause. |

Certainly wouldn’t hurt him. |

Its sad. There are guys in the AHL that would kill for his skating ability. |

Hey fellas,
I have heard all the reports of a bad attitude and I remember him getting cut one year for being late or something but what else? Are there stories just not out there? Do his team
Mates hate him?
I haven’t really heard anything that made me think he should be banished? |

No, it's not that he's a bad kid..........just a space cadet. |

Puljujarvi for Ho-Sang?
Give both kids a new lease on a career, if it works out, great. If not, you weren't meant to be in the show. |

They cannot coach him, which stinks cause he has lots of talent. The NHL is full pack mentality no room for individuals. Just listen to the interviews these mostly white rich kids have personalities of garbage cans. Someone like JHS tilts the rack these cans sit on. He is better and would provide more positive production then most of the current lineup. NHL needs a Steve Carrol or Bill Belichick they tend to take on projects and get great results (sometimes). |

If Trotz thought there were even a tiny chance he could add more “then most of the current line up” he would be playing. This team seems to be a tight nit group that obviously plays a team game. If by individualism you mean not taking direction from the coach then I would agree with you because from all accounts that seems to be the case and that is something that so obviously will not work on this team.
Race has nothing to do with this and insinuating that is the reason Ho Sang is not in the line up is borderline laughable. If the kid were purple and could play within the system Trotz demands he’d be in the line up. When the problem is always everyone else in the end it’s usually you. |

I know I am insane, but I still hold on to hope on Ho Sang. He has so much talent and he isn't a bad person. He has never gotten into a fight at a club, or a DWI where he hit someone and ran... he never hit a girl or cursed out a coach.
As already stated he is just a space cadet. His issues are fixable if He can finally figure it out. He was close last year to finally getting it until he melted down when he was sent to AHL. again... extremely immature for sure... Anyway, I hope they qualify the kid and he has to work his way onto the team. If he ever figures it out he is a special talent. |

I don't really know what's up with Ho-Sang but moving him or his rights sound like what's best for everyone.
Of course NJ has this great 5th round pick in 2022 from the Blue Jackets for trading them Keith Kinkaid last year (Yes we got a 5th round pick we need to wait 4 years for); Could be yours! Fritzy taking offers. Might sweeten it and let you the 5th rounder we got for Wayne Simmonds for next year! Just saying.

Giving up a fifth round pick for him would be an overpayment. Any team could have had him for free a couple times and there were no takers. |

no takers because his reputation precedes him! he wasted his talent by being immature and not following simple club protocol!
we do not need that type of diva on the team … get to steppin |

Some people can’t let it go with this kid and I’m not really sure why. I didn’t see this outstanding talent all of these Ho Sang fans talk about. He can skate, stick handle, that’s it. Zero hockey sense whatsoever that’s without even mentioning his obvious social issues. The kid had a knack for skating the puck into the worst areas of the ice. I guess that’s special. |

I still can't respond to Quotes on first page.. but people do grow up a little as they get older and Ho Sang does have a Ton of talent. I thought for sure Trotz would find a way to get this kid to play the game the right way.
Until he is in the KHL or on another team I will continue to hope the kid figures it out. He's a nice kid.. just a space cadet. |

No one's rooting against him. I think most of us feel he's a lost cause.
It says a lot that no team was willing to take a chance on him when they could have had him for free. |

Definitely has no place on a Lou / Trotz team anyway. Would be a good swap for another reclamation / change of scenery project. |
