I don't know. Laine is a proven commodity, Byfield, Stuztsle, Drysdale, Rossi are not. I would think we need a bit more to get it done.

Regardless those Arizona pieces aren't worth all that, wouldn't trade Laine alone for that nevermind adding the 10th overall pick and Roslovic.

Arizona is clearly not a good trading partner with Winnipeg. Furthermore they have like 0 picks for the next two years.

I think the majority of Jets fans would have no idea who Sean Walker is. Much like many did not know who Pionk was. I think he would make a decent second/third pair option.

I love Laine, but Laine for MacAvoy is a probably no from Boston. Especially with Krug leaving.

Losing your number 1 and 2 defencemen in one offseason to add Pastrnak-lite isn’t smart.
And yes, David Pastrnak is essentially Laine’s final form. Doesn’t create that much, doesn’t defend that much, but has a wicked shot, and constantly outperforms his expected stats.

This isn’t even mentioning DeBrusk low key being the 2nd best winger on the Jets if you added him right now for like Roslovic+
