It is absolutely possible, however, there is little evidence to date that shows that's a real possibility.

In the end, who cares if he ends up better than Rossi. All that matters is that he turns into a quality impactful player for the Sabres.

I've read and watched multiple pieces discussing both players and their game tracking basic stats and advanced data this past season.

Yes, Quinn is better in some aspects than Rossi, but Rossi is better by far in many, many other aspects and that's what separated them as prospects to me and many others.

I would say no, considering he was who he was, he was here and clearly going to play and we all had to talk ourselves into believing he had minimal use.

Quinn was drafted as a winger, and they may give him the Sam treatment. Here's a few preseason games at center every year, let's see what you can do. The kid's a power winger through and through, perhaps they just don't want to pigeonhole him.
