yeah. But he's a better player than Johansson. If that helps.

Schmaltz, Kuemper, Hutton and Mittelstadt
It's the perfect trade.

Think you mentioned this one first. But this was back when Jason was still around, if I remember right. - TheSabresTaco
No, it was after Adams got hired, him and Sullivan are good friends, but it cooled of once Armstrong got hired, but the candle had been lit, it was about Hjalmarsson and Garland but Hjalmarsson won't waive his NTC. |

Briefly looking at his stats, it would appear he is more of a playmaker then goal scorer.. Wonder if he would do well playing with Skinner? |

I honestly would trade Ullmark if I had to, and then figure something else out for a back up.

I'd consider the next week to be a success if Kerry, Tim and Kevyn are able to:
1) Upgrade the 2RW via trade to get a productive player with grit
2) upgrade the 3RW via trade with a defensively solid player who has posted 0.40+ ppg
3) land a defensively reliable 2LhD to be Jokers partner via FA
3) Address the 1RhD for Dahlin's partner via FA
4) secure a gritty 4RW who can pot 0.25+ ppg
5) draft a solid player at 8th, keep the pick and make a solid selection
What say you?

Precisely. They save the cash and get the higher ceiling player, we get the bloated contract with a known commodity and the higher paid goalie.

Definitely a play maker. And he's injury prone. Depending on his play driving analytics and isolated impact in the o zone, he could be a good match. Also think if you made a line of Skinner, Staal, Schmaltz, they get caved in on defense.

His AAV is 5.8 until 25/26so he earns like one, stats are ok, one 52 pt season and 21 goal year, down year last year with 11 goals, had 45 pts in 70 games would have been over 50. Third line center for a year here makes the team better. |

I don't see it. I don't think he's on the list of guys they want to shed. - TheSabresTaco
They may want to shed high priced contracts, they may have to trade players they like?
Cap teams would love #8OA.
Cost effective
Probably why we keep 8OA and stay lean |

As much as I’d love to see a splash on the trade front but I don’t see it. The internal salary cap added with a first year GM I don’t see him moving his first ever first round pick and let’s face it there’s not a lot of prospects in the system that move the needle.

The Arizona and Buffalo smoke seems to be legit from my end. I know the two sides have been talking for a while.
Hjalmarsson was someone they inquired about but he won’t waive his NMC for anyone at this point. So, I imagine they’ve discussed other players.

I'm not trading 8 for Clayton Keller. I know who would, but I don't think most would.

I'm not trading 8 unless it is in a package for Laine or another relatively young game-changer top 6.

Nope. Chiefs should have lost to the Chargers playing a rookie QB in his first NFL appearance. - Losman
Okay. You could say bills should have lost to rams and dolphins.
Chiefs have far and away been the best team. Its not even up for debate. Homers are the only way people see it another way. |

All depends on the offer for the pick. I think if it is moved, it's Stefon Diggs-esq. Where Buffalo doesn't even blink an eye about not having the pick.

Kuemper or raanta? Both quality players.
Rode kuemper to the hockeybuzz fantasy championship. 😉
We need an upgrade in goal, they don't want to pay 2 goalies good $ I imagine |

It would take a helluva player on a good contract for me to move that pick.
