How many Josh Allen’s are there in this world.

This is going to be Buffalos new thing. But what about Josh Allen. Congrats we found lightning in a Bottle. Normally doesn’t happen twice.

Maybe "Lightning in a bottle " is Tim and kerry's specialty?

Let's see how the next few days go, we might have a different attitude by Sunday.

If they improve the top 6 and get a goalie I’ll be in a much different mood.

Lightning in a Botterill feels like a missed opportunity

Best case scenario 2021/2022 season.

Realistically though 2022/2023

Agree with this big time. So far nothing. But guess what. No other teams made trades either for nhl players.

So we will see.

Evan Rodrigues not getting qualified by TOR

The hype around him was one of the more truly bizarre things to ever happen on Sabres twitter/HockeyBuzz

I’m sure every prospect would say that.

I would like to think Cozens came to training camp last year with the intent to crack the Sabres lineup as well.

*IF* Thompson works out, and Quinn is a legit NHL’er, they have a top 9 wing group of

Reinhart
Skinner
Quinn
VO
Thompson
Kahun

Could be pretty solid

They desperately need to add another center via trade

I am sure they will bring him into training camp just to show him buffalo and what the organization is all about.

There wasn’t a prospect camp to do that.

Scott Wheeler from the Athletic:

Pick: 8. Jack Quinn
My ranking: No. 15 (change: +7)

“Though I didn’t love the Senators taking Sanderson at No. 5, Quinn was the first real reach of the draft for me. And that has less to do with Quinn’s ability as a prospect (he’s a multi-faceted individual creator who’s game has detail and who’s frame lends itself to continue growth and potential yet-to-be-scratched level) than it does with who else was available. As good as Quinn is, and as exciting as his late-blooming development curve is, there just isn’t a case, for me, for him as a better prospect than a Perfetti or a Rossi. That Rossi was on Quinn’s team, and clearly the best player on that team, makes the pick a weird one for me.”

We are gonna here views by all the hockey insider's, the pick is done, might as well move on and hope he keeps growing into a solid top 6 winger.

The Sabres hopefully should have a plan to bring in some help down the middle.

Nothing that I haven't said already, rumors of Columbus willing to move Korpisalo and we do have the type of pieces that they are looking for. If I was Adams I would be giving the Kings a call with drafting Byfield they have about 6 good C prospects in there system, maybe a D prospect for a C prospect switch could be had.

I was surprised as anyone by the pick, and you are right about help down the middle, I think LA might be a good place to look, drafting Byfield they have a lot of good C prospects in there system with a few ready to make the jump. Maybe we could swap some D for 1 of them

Hockey Prospect's Black Book actually had Jack Quinn rated higher than Rossi and here is what they had to say.
