Kevyn Adams: I have zero concern on whether or not Jack wants to be here......there’s no intention of moving Jack Eichel, I want to make that clear

So, he is going to be here whether he likes it or not GD!!

Yes, I see jake Sanderson as the Sabres pick.
If the pick isnt traded or he isnt gone before hand

I'm beginning to think it is Lundell or Sanderson, IF Rossi Perfetti and Raymond are gone. Perfetti is the one I would prefer to stay away from...another skunk that they don't really need.

Adams definitely more direct on Eichel today. Now does anyone see why I was skeptical?

if I had a dollar for every time someone posted that

if this was the case, you would think olofsson would have had the same production 5 on 5 as reinhart last season

of course he didn't

jack is by far the better player, but they are good for each other and have chemistry

This concept is widely ignored here.

Matt Niskanen has reportedly told Philadelphia that he is going to retire.
According to Elliotte Friedman, the Flyers "asked him to take some time and think about it, he did and stayed with that decision." Niskanen apparently told his teammates about the decision as well. The 33-year-old defenseman has one more year left on his contract at a $5.75 million cap hit. This will certainly alter Philadelphia's off-season plans, as Niskanen is a key member of the team's defense corps.

Yeah, it's a 50/50 proposal based on how they build the rest of the team around him.

We are comparing a 7th round pick with Sam Reinhart. Is that positive for VO or negative for Sam?
- GilPerreault11

Irrelevant argument. Countless examples of later picks being almost as good, as good, or better than high draft picks.

That's a positive for Tim Murray (or at least his European scout)

Positive for the Sabres as they're both good (frank)ing players. Now get at least 3/4 more good (frank)ing players and we might be a good (frank)ing team. (frank).

It should be.

When people come to you asking for Christian McCaffery in September a day after you draft him, and the payout for winning the league is over 1K, what price do you set for him?

No, I don't.
Not to be difficult towards you either.

If Adams, Kerry and Tim needed Jack to tell them to fix it absolutely ir trade him, then they have absolutely zero clue ... Well I know Kerry and Tim are lost, but you get the point.
9 year of no PO's, longest in NHL
4 season of finishing bottom 5 or 6
Disgruntled fanbase that is showing signs of becoming apathetic (the worst situation for an entertainment organization)

If they don't know they need to change, holy crap.

People won't stop drilling him until he's direct.

I'm still not the least bit concerned about being forced to trade him at this juncture.

Only on Sabres message boards does an underachieving top forward in the draft get shown this type of rationalization for his underachievement along with his help for the teams.

We can send them a RD to help fill the void. But what do they have that would fit?

However, Rhino IS a good player, no matter where he was drafted.

Do you believe he is underachieving based on his draft position, or his perceived ceiling, or floor?

How exactly is he underachieving?

He's the 7th highest point getter from this class per game. Did/do we all want more from him? absolutely. Is he more of a problem or a benefit to the team. It's not close, he's still a positive for the team. Both of those statements can be true you know.

that clearly doesn't matter here and I still have no (frank)ing clue why.
