Sounds like Stecher could be let go as well, no money - Pacificgem
Who the (frank) cares...geez man, he is barely NHL talent, but you want to throw money at him. |

It is a shame that Benning has to let guys walk that no one wanted to sign two weeks ago.

He’s an asset, it (frank)in well matters. Someone would send a pick for him. |

I don't believe it, I was told by a reputable old veteran of this forum that adding Beagle and Roussel on top of Sutter and Erikson wouldn't impact the salary cap, are you saying they were wrong? - Pres.cup
At least they were contributing. |

I think he re-signs in LA despite his lip service saying he liked Vancouver. - Pacificgem
Perhaps but I don't see why, I think it's more likely he signs for around 5M somewhere else and we all throw up our hands and say why not here. |

Seems like hyperbole, he's a solid bottom pairing dman. He gets exposed when playing 20+ minutes since he wears down.
He's much better than a guy like Benn imo |

CBJ plays a tough brand of hockey, Domi will fit in like a glove there. Don is right about Anderson being risky with his shoulder issues, especially with his play style. But I've read that Anderson was being extra cautious with the injury since he knew his days in CBUS were numbered so he didn't want to play at anything less than 100% and risk further injury. - Nucker101
True, Domi is gritty and competitive, he’ll play center there too. |

Can always not tender him and sign him as a UFA if they want. |

Stetcher is a good depth piece, his qualifying offer is what hurts him and probably the reason he would go to market. I still expect that he signs with Vancouver but at a lower qualifying amount. |

The Myers signing is still weird to me. He's always been more of an offensive dman and yet his PP time is more inconsistent, he's a PK regular and he's seen ice time with Edler playing against top lines. Square peg in a round hole. |

I will take Krug and Dillon over Tanev and Stecher - VANTEL
Krug wants something like 7x7 and his defensive game isn't that good
I'm 100% okay with letting Tanev walk, but not to overpay Krug or Barrie.
I'll take Dillon as long as the cost is reasonable |

Lets see who lands here. We are just getting started and everyone hates our finished product already.

This is more like it, he is not worth the money to qualify, lets see the teams lined up to pay him 2.35 |

For sure, but we've seen this story before. Benning is a straightforward guy, when he mentions a need publicly, he does whatever it takes to try to fill that need.
Dillon doesn't meet his puck mover criteria so I'm definitely expecting an OEL/Barrie/Krug/Shattenkirk type of addition. |

Stecher got bounced around like a mosquito in the playoffs. All heart and he does have skill but he is too small for playoff hockey.

Krug will take an overpayment.
Barrie we can get for cheaper I’d wager. |
