The Canucks will not qualify Troy Stecher.

I know everybody remembers him wanting Petey first. To me it's kind of like who in the organization wanted him the most.

I had Petey as the best player in the draft in December that year. DCT wasn't even around that early in the season.

I can see you think that I hold my opinion above others. Well it is my opinion, so obviously it's going to seem like that to you and yes I like to poke fun at DCT for some of his picks.

It's called banter, I don't take what he says too seriously and I'm sure he doesn't care about my opinion either.

I can't imagine you've never complained about a player the Canucks have drafted.

You obviously don't know me at all. That's understandable.

There's probably no one in here more open minded and willing to understand others opinions. That's me, that's what I do.

That's why I can add to a lot of the prospects because my opinions are a gathering of everyones information and trying to understand their opinion and then using that to sway my own personal opinion. Doesn't mean mine is going to align with there's still though.

Professional scouts do get it wrong a lot of the time and I get it wrong a lot of the time. I am more than happy to eat crow if i'm wrong.

I wasn't happy about Hughes, I kind of really whined about it that day. I also learned from it.I had Hughes ahead of the guy I wanted Dobson in my own rankings but wanted a different type of player. I learned drafting BPA is kind of an always in the first couple of rounds. Evolving always.

This is why I have long conversations with people on here because i'm trying to understand where they are coming from. It may seem like i'm just being a Richard because i'm throwing different views to them to see how they respond.
