Maybe take a step back & miss the PO’s & get a lottery pick isn’t all bad. Make the necessary moves in the flat cap era & let the kids sink or swim for only a year. Still can sign a key UFA or more. Thoughts?

As much as I want TT back, there are a lot of good players not being qualified/going to UFA. Many will want to compete and the teams competing don't have much wiggle room. We will likely get decent replacement players for cheap. If guys want money, have fun rebuilding in Ottawa, Detroit, etc.
