Thanks Carol. So if the Feds exempted the NHL with the quarantine rule why are the players you mentioned doing it to where they could miss Canuck camp? - NuckUp
Maybe the exemption only applies to travel by players within Canada. |

No its for travel to Canada the Feds are exempting. The Provinces except for Alberta haven't ruled yet on travel within Canada ie. to their province. |

My version I'd take Sutter out for ZacMac. Have Suts and Beagle rotate on 4LC between games to keep them fresh. |

its been done.... you good with that? - NuckUp
Nope
Forwards aren’t too bad.
D isn’t to my liking.
Just listened to that Cam Robinson link above & agree with a lot of it. My changes are I believe both Hoglander & Rathbone are highly motivated & will make the team in some fashion. No problem at all if Hog goes back to Rogle. Rathbone could end up in Utica once or if the AHL gets rolling. I’m saying he is better than most might agree & is smart & skilled & it will show. Usually not a fan of rushing prospects but these 2 have a certain swag to them that stands out. |

Pretty close...
Bailey out Rathbone in for 10 D.
Motte 3rd line Roussel 4th line
Roussel should bounce back then move up.
MDP 3rd goalie but a UFA could be signed.
Zac needs to push hard & can do it. |

He claimed he has watched both Costmar and Hoglander play so much the past couple years but I don't exactly know where he came up with his player reviews.
It explains why a quarter of his top 100 prospects weren't even drafted this season.

The link I directed you to has Hogs on the opening roster. As for Rathbone they are saying the same thing as you having him as a Darkhorse. Even if he's left off Taxi Squad in the first month he can be kept in Vancouver and assigned to games just as easily being waiver exempt. |

Both need to see that junior hockey isn't NHL. You can be a good junior player but it won't always translate. |

Rathbone hasn't played in a serious game or serious practice since March probably.
Along with some other guys who had a few practices before the bubble. Some been playing in Europe for months. |

Yeah why I don't see him on the roster or taxi squad. But maybe before he goes to Comets, if they play, he gets a game in one of those back to back games in Vancouver; with OJ giving Edler a maintenance day off.
A lot of unconventional things are bound to happen with this schedule if the Canucks don't add to their D. |

Unconventional is my MO
Lots of vet F depth use the kids on D.
It’s a one time North division & scoring is the way to go. Mobile scoring D I’m down. Next year work on adding touches. This season is one to see the core get better. That alone can make the PO’s a reality. One year of experience for kids will better serve us down the road. I’m not for adding UFA’s & rather have cap to pay out bonuses to go into next year with more options. |

Finding out how the young D can score can help put to rest signing Barrie & save money. |
