I compared a situation where a defenseman switched to forward. It’s not my fault you can’t read between the lines. - SuperSchennBros
You’re just not that bright and you think you are , it’s unfortunate. |

Really? Because I came to this conclusion On my own and the more it’s been discussed, the more wrong you’re looking. Were you even aware Wade Belak was a big enforcer who went back and fourth from wing and defense? According to your logic, you have to be an all-star to do so. |

‘There is no deterrent in hockey”. ‘ it’s a false concept’
Your DUMB comment....you love to make poop personal. So I thought I’d respond in a language you understand....please go back to not commenting on my posts and I will afford you the same courtesy. Your lack of pure hockey knowledge shows all to often but you hide it with your key board warrior mentality. I’d rather discuss Flyer related topics and while not always agreeing not getting personal until the other guy crosses that line. Have a good one. - landros 2
It is a Flyers related comment and part of the ongoing discussion. Bill Meltzer also agreed with me. You're ignorance in understanding the game does not make a comment dumb.
Clearly, you were the one who made it personal and you have yet to actually address the comments that I made in rebuttal to you. You won't because you can't. You failed to actually discuss the issue and showed your ignorance. The content of your replies show a lack of intelligence.
I'll put my knowledge up against yours any day. That's low hanging fruit for me. You can't even grasp a simple concept that there is no players who are deterrents in today's game due to a variety of reasons. |

Skating a bit slower to exactly where you need to be sure beats buzzing around aimlessly at peak speed. - Tomahawk
No doubt. The player with a high hockey IQ who can anticipate the play gets there quicker than the faster skater who lacks hockey IQ.

Spin, spin, spin. Now it’s “a player” who is not a deterrent ...lol. Your in the wrong league to compare yourself to anything hockey with me.... honestly what does Bill Meltzer have to do with it ? I was addressing your DUMB comment for a ‘variety’ of reasons.....please just stop this idiotic rebuttal war....or make one last feeble attempt and then leave with some dignity.....I’ll be generous and give you the last”’’’I know you are but what am I “.....nerd. |

LMAO. What do you think the conversation was about? The context was a player like Morin being a deterrent. You can't even follow the conversation and you just showed you have no grasp of the conversation or the concept!
You lack any intelligence. There is no war. You tried feebly to take a shot and your comments are just degrading further and further into stupidity! Who do you think we were talking about as a deterrent? The coaches, the trainers?

Spin spin spin.....”there is no deterrent in hockey’. It’s a false concept.’...your words....this may be the dumbest thing you’ve said since trying to defend Vinny Lecavaleir’s play....although there’s been some other doozies. |

Based on the facts that:
1. The other players are playing hard for Pederson (have not quit as often happens at such situations)
2. The whispers in earlier years about Wentz being hypocritical, cliquish etc. and the "anonymous" comments by Alshon
3. The way players reacted to Foles and then Jalen Hurts (Miles Sanders's effusive comments about Hurt's "leadership" etc.)
4. How mild mannered Pederson is and how he refuses to be critical and how he praises Wentz's professionalism in spite of leaks to media.
5. How often he allows Wentz to change plays via audible
6. Wentz's leaks to media before a must-win game about not wanting to be a back-up in spite of a horrid, horrid stretch when he shoulda been benched earlier, and now this:
A body of evidence is emerging that we have a prima donna in Eagles, and its not Doug. |

If you're given enough rope. The context of the conversation was obvious that it was about a player such as Morin being a deterrent to other teams. You're the only one who didn't get it. How many posts now have you made without actually discussing the concept? I actually, being the bigger man, attempted to clarify the statement. It's obvious you had no intent on having an actual discussion.

Calling audibles is part of the game and is not something that a coach allows one QB to do more than another. That's more about the ability of the QB to recognize when he has to get out of a play. Wentz has been a pro bowl QB. In my opinion this is not about being a prima donna but just about wanting to play.

Doug is staying, its already been said/suggested so, though I guess they could reverse it.
I guess they will try to work things out between the two of them. But these leaks are classic, calculated ones by Wentz's camp to force a trade.
Eagles do hold some of the cards. If there is no good trade offer, Wentz is the backup. Unless he wants to ruin his value further, he will need to suck it up and do what needs to be done.
Then after this season, he can be cut with much less damage in 2022, I believe.

Is there any way Wentz can agree to redo/ restructure part of his contract to help facilitate a trade? That’s something I’m not sure of....but there is a lot of restructuring that happens. |
