OK but 17th is looking like the outlier and that's when they went all in. Currently 23rd is flattering. They're bottom 5 points % and have played far more games
than most teams below them.

Again, I don't see the reason for the Benning love. He has to be near the top of the list of least successful Canucks GM's of all time and it's quite the list. The thing he has over all of the others is tenure.
