Patience fellas. Even if they were playing better and winning a few more games, the playoffs would still be a long shot. It’s the toughest division in the sport where all 56 games are basically playoff games. The experience they’re gaining right now, playing these types of games, will be a blessing in disguise. I’d rather lose them now in this quirky season then a normal reg season and playoffs

Next year when all these kids are here, we’re fully healthy, no drama, etc the league better look out. The NY Rangers are coming, we’re going to be the most exciting team in the NHL and we will start contending.

This year we’ll get another tool for the toolbox and the talent will be infused again.

Agreed. I do not have a huge complaint with his effort and positioning as much as I used to. But his accuracy is still way off. He used to nail that short side one time perfectly, now it goes wide far side. ugh.
And he is backchecking well too.
I just miss the potential 5 goal game zib.
