Random change of topic: How (frank)ing awesome is Panarin? Easily the best forward we ever had other than Messier. He makes the game look so easy!

So setting the single season points record for the Rangers wasn't good? |

Right before the team became true contenders too. I remember watching those games with my roommate who knew nothing about hockey and if the Rangers scored, he would say, “who scored, Gaborik?” Had him in his prime just a few years too early.
Panarin the better all around player, not even close, but Gabby was an absolute freak of nature with his speed, skill and release. |

You saying it was not even close is pretty ridiculous. I agree with you, Breadman is better, but Gaborik was a beast for the Rangers. If he hadnt torn his labrum in the playoffs in 2012, we might be talking a little different. |

Unfortunately, history trends towards a frustrating game. Caveat is that Zib definitely looks re-newed which could buck that trend. Here is hoping. Otherwise, there will be too many empty beers on my desk. |

Didn’t even recognize Banks or Kenny Woo the first time. Time is a cruel cruel female dog.
Edit: It’s a real shame Kenan Thompson didn’t come back for this.
