I wish I could predict a Red Wings win tonight. But I'm just not getting that winning feeling. Dallas has to get their act together if they want to catch Chicago. Games in hand only mean something if you win them. So I'm expecting a hungrier Stars team. It'll be nice to see Bobby Ryan back. It seems he's had so many scoring chances and near misses that his stats don't match his value.

Same with Greiss. He was so good early on but we couldn't score any goals for him. I have a feeling Heiskanen will take this game over and Pavelski will score at least 1 goal. Stars PP will likely come to life. Let's see if Fabbri can carry some momentum over from the last game.

As for Blashill, he could've replaced the word "goalie" with "coach." I couldn't resist. 😉

Replacing the fridge in my daughter's apartment this eve....oh, and the new dishwasher. Yay team.

Detroit loses by 3, Dallas ain't gonna lay down...too much at stake. Ryan's a nice return, but still don't think Greiss will have the support he'd need for the W.

Will listen in, masnag the replay tonight.
Be safe!

You’re the best G. I agree on Greiss. Just needs his efforts backed up

Man I can't remember the last time I saw Cholowski play. When he first played in Detroit I liked his skating, speed and offensive instincts. Then he put on some muscle which seemed to slow him down. Then he just lost his confidence. Blashill throwing him under the bus after each game certainly didn't help. "Too many pucks ending up in the back of the net. Unacceptable."

I'm curious to see where his game is at. "Elite hockey IQ" is what I'll always remember what Draper said about him on draft day 2016. Maybe in the BC hockey league he did.

Holland passed on Chychrun to take Cholowski so Chayka would take Datsyuk's zombie contract. At least he got Hronek with that extra pick. I think playing Cholowski with Ericsson REALLY hurt his development.

Cholowski would get blamed for every mistake while Pylon Ericsson would never be held accountable when 9 times out of 10 it was his fault. Cholo would sit in the press box while Pylon would never miss a shift. That had to play with Cholo's mind. I hope he gets a fair shake this time.
