How to starve yourself while eating foods which speed up your diet

i wanna know how to fatten myself safely. like im talking an eat everything you want until your stomach is so full it becomes uncomfortable type diet. a drink anything you want diet. you know what i mean? that's what i want, except i want to do it safely.
