Are the Wings the only team made to play with several out with COVID?? I am not trying to diminish the Cunucks dilemma, just showing how the NHL rules their teams. I think the scheduling should be lighter the first week back with no back to backs. But beyond that, no.

The Canucks had so many out they couldn't have even played a full a team until today. When the core of the team(notably including both goaltenders) is still recovering, it's insane to present them with this schedule.

I think they will manage to continue to be consistently inconsistent. Their .473 winning percentage thus far suggests about 9 more wins.

9-9-1 seems about right, maybe a bit optimistic, but only a bit.
