Ben Shelley: Hurricanes sign Pyotr Kochetkov and Eetu Makiniemi

Initially I thought Kochetkov, BUT...he might not be here for more than a year, and Mak...may be able to get an early start! Who knows how that goes?
Anyway, I believe the possibilities are good for the GOALIE position!
