Bill, do you think that Comcast would ever consider selling the team? I am not a fan of corporate ownership. Just feel like there is no one ultimately responsible for the product. I would love to see a private ownership group take over. Don't think we'll ever get as good of an owner as Snider, but just want someone with a passion for the game and the authority to drive accountability within this organization. |

It does, but I guess what I am really asking is how committed is Comcast to holding on to the team? How much is it worth and what would a private ownership group look like? Would it be composed of former players? A single owner with local ties? Has there been any backroom whispers about this as a real possibility? I know you've said in the past that you get a lot of texts from former players expressing their unhappiness with the current state of the franchise. This team, for most of their history, has rarely been the most talented, but has usually had a great work ethic. That is sorely missing now and has to be pissing former players off to no end.

Based on their performance the last decade 100k should get it done. I need a partner though. Any takers?? |

Because after the next 5 games his career with the Flyers is over. |

Read the part where it says the team didn't practice yesterday and it's Saturday's lineup listed (until Vigneault tells us what the lineup will be, and then the lineup projection will be updated).
That said, I would not be surprised if Morin remains scratched. I asked AV if it is for physical or performance issues and he said "both". |

Depends on what happens after the expansion draft. As a GM I would be holding off until I see what I actually have to replace and or work with.

Zero chance.
Comcast owns the station AND the content. |

I can live with Morin not being apart of this team moving forward but what is AV getting out of any of the young guys? AV’a decision making especially with Morin all season long has been some of the worst coaching and worst judgement I’ve ever seen. |

That is worth more than a price tag, at the moment at least.

Morin sucks. He can’t do anything with the puck other than pass it to his partner or pass it up the boards. He’s a perfect player for the phantoms long term. He doesn’t have a minimal ability to move the puck in this league, like a braun can. |

Well Fletcher has demonstrated that he is very good at “holding off” so I guess there is reason to be optimistic. |

Seriously though, he isnt going to be trying to trade anyone before he sees if they get selected in the expansion draft.
And if one of Jake or JVR are selected then he has that cap money to play with. If Ghost is selected same thing..... |

Not happening! Good players make coaches look like geniuses, not so good players make coaches look dumb. Can you honestly say the Flyers have good players that can execute on the PP and PK? AV has already blamed the young players for the reason the PK stinks this year. And regarding the PP go look back over the past several years and see how the Flyers PP has compared to the rest of the league, its been below average most years. In this league, a good PP is directly related to the talent on the ice, and I don't feel these Flyers have enough talent to have an above average PP in this league. |
