Maybe you should google it again brainiac! Since 1985 islanders won two playoff series twice 1993 and last year! If they beat the bruins it will make three in 35 years! - Bobd62

Yeah and you said this your direct quote that’s on the last page for all to see;
“ In fact if I’m not mistaken he’s playing for a franchise that has only made it to the second round in 35 Years!”
You mental insufficient. We made it to the ECF last year so you’re wrong. Stop trying to manipulate the meaning of that statement you moron it’s embarrassing
Brain dead idiot you’re going to debate it your post is proof |

You are correct about this - but if you really want to talk ineptitude (and are so willing to delve back into the past) lets remind you of the NYR stretch of 27 years (1940-1967) where EVERY Season they literally had a 1 in 6 chance of wining the cup and won exactly....wait for it...none.

I love Sorokin, I was singing his praises since he was 19. But Vasi is and will always be my boy - AdamFrench
Awesome and you have my utmost respect from many years of HB. I drafted Sorokin in our keeper league of 42 years now back in 2014. It has been a long wait and I often wondered if he would ever come over. I held a roster spot for him all those years, thankfully it has finally paid off. |

Dont flatter yourselves too much... Penguins goalies typically lose all confidence and sense of goaltending ability when at their home arena too...
In 2017, Penguins had MAF, Murray, Jarry, and a future goalie in Gustavsson... and now here we are. - SuperHenderson13

He's watching Wilson smash his wife and getting off on it.

DeSmith was hurt. Legace really couldn't be worse though. Jarry was the Islanders MVP. Boston will mutilate them. Just like 2019 when they got humiliated by CAR. - jfkst1
Hahah. Like we humiliated you last night and 2019!!?? God I hope not. 😆😆 |

No. Trotz deserves the bulk of this credit with his sytem. Even Schneider would have a .920 as an Isle. They don't score much, but they give up nothing. Best tendies are still Vesa, and Helle who play with offensive teams that leave them hanging often. - bikeguy99

You were outplayed in the majority of games this series. Islanders are a good team and I think will do well against Boston... but you humiliated Tristan Jarry... that's about it. |

If only we could go back to the 98-99 season and sub out Dominik Hasek for Sorokin we would have beaten Dallas in 4. |

This is not entirely true. The Pens outshot the Isles badly in some of those losses. Sorokin clearly stole a couple wins and all Trotz did was make the change because they would have lost with Varly who is not at the top of his game right now for some reason. Schneider would have been a losing proposition. |
