I also think there's more to the story than we're being told. Maybe he's not a great locker room presence. Unless you have first hand knowledge, you don't know. None of us do.

I'm defending nobody. I knew all along with only 1 year left on their contracts, neither Murray or Eakins were going anywhere. And I also don't play the 20/20 hindsight card. I understand the horrible moves, what was Murray thinking trading Kase?

Rico was freaking horrific at the beginning of the year, hence the waivers. And regarding being good in the room, according to Ducks management I play golf with, ALL of the kids on the team love Eakins and think he's a great coach. Adam was great in the tournament so hopefully, he'll be back to his usual self next year, unless he gets claimed by the Kracken.
