Fox wins the Norris. This Bodes well for his last former D partner at Harvard who took over for him when he left there (Jack Rathbone)🤔

Maybe....if only he was a RSD.

Sad and yes strange but the earth is over four billion years old, I’m sure it’s been this hot before in these parts.

Did you know 150,000 people die every day on earth?

- LeftCoaster

150k out of 7.6 billion? Those are good odds of not dying, don't know why everyone is so afraid of it

Poor Calgary . Watch next year Tkachuk will win the Art Ross, Hart , Ted Lindsy, Rocket Richard , Conn Smythe and the Stanley Cup all in a St Louis Blues uniform.

i'm an optimistic dude myself, but i'm not expecting improvements with the same players.
And to expect an assistant coach to be a big help is also a bit naive imo.

- dbot

Then why all the uproar that Benning hadn't offered Clark a contract, for over a month posters pissed and moaned. Twitter links were constant with the lack of info, so no, to expect an assistant coach to be a big help is not naive, imo.

Why did you leave out Hamilton and Jones?

No way Cernak is on the block. He's core D and getting better. Bolts will keep on LTIR cap shuffling.

Just received this from FHA HR:

With the extreme heat wave warning in our region and across many communities in the Pacific Northwest, we have been experiencing prolonged, dangerous and unprecedented high temperatures.

Our emergency response teams are reporting an increase in sudden deaths and our acute sites are seeing extremely high volumes of patients presenting, many with significant heat-related complaints.

We know everyone is tired and looking forward to a break as we move into Step 3 of the COVID restart plan, however this is another historic event that we must all rally together and continue to be strong.

At this time, we must continue to support each other, our residents, patients, families and loved ones. If you are offered a shift to support our teams please accept the offer during this critical time.

Please email us at [email protected] and let us know the following:

1. Which of the following sites are you willing to work at:
a. Surrey Memorial Hospital
b. Burnaby Hospital
c. Abbotsford Hospital
d. Chilliwack General Hospital
e. Royal Columbian Hospital

2. Are you willing and able to work in the Emergency Department (medical-surgical RN or LPN’s needed in addition to ER qualified nurses)

3. What are your available hours between today, June 29th to Monday, July 5th.

We will connect back with all of you in order of priority to offer you shifts in the areas you have responded to.

We can not thank you enough for rising up yet again to support our communities during this extreme heat event.

Vice President, Employee Experience
Fraser Health

This heat bomb is pushing our healthcare system to the brink again. Front line staff have been overwhelmed for two years now. Unbelievable.
